   • Record a Video: Kindly record a clear video while unboxing the product. This video will serve as proof in case of any dispute.
   • The video must be uncut and start from the package in its sealed condition.

3. Eligibility for Return or Replacement:

   • Products without evidence of damage (via unboxing video) will not be entertained for return or replacement.
   • The unboxing video must clearly show the damage and the product details (e.g., model, color, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Products:
   All products purchased from Brilloh are non-refundable. We encourage customers to double-check their requirements before making a purchase.
